We ❤️ Dr. Pickett and his staff. This a great group, and we couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend using them. They always answered messages, calls, or emails as soon as we reached out. Our appointments were always on time. Everyone was always so friendly. We will miss them all. And we are so grateful for this beautiful Pickett smile.

We had an amazing experience with this Orthodontist and his staff. We mostly seen the Jackson, AL office but the Mobile, AL office was amazing as well today for removal. The staff go above and beyond. The school excuse is attached to every next appointment slip and made it super easy!! My second child is currently using Pickett and my third child will as well!

Dr.Pickett and his staff were so nice and welcoming ! After dealing with a traumatic dental injury I’ve been very anxious about going to appointments etc. However their office is a very calm and inviting space ! Mrs.Rebecca was also amazing at explaining the whole process as well !

From the moment we stepped through the front door we were welcomed as if we were family. Dr. Pickett and Mrs. Rebecca were absolutely precious and full of so much information. As I’m sure they were on a tight schedule, we never felt that way. They answered all of our questions and explained everything to us in great lengths. I’ll be seeing a lot of them over the next several years with all 3 of my babies needing braces and I can say 110% there isn’t anywhere else I would rather go.

It was literally the best experience I’ve ever had. They explain everything to you before doing it and throughout the process. The workers were nice, considerate, and playful while making you feel at ease at all times. You have the option to pay in full or they can work with you on a payment plan as well. My whole experience was easy and convenient for me. My results are outstanding! I don’t think I’ve smiled more than i have since having my braces off.
