I had the best experience with outstanding, gentle, knowledgeable, caring professionals. I have always been afraid of going to a dentist or doctor because so many times they were not approachable. The entire staff in this office were very friendly and made communicating with them very comfortable. I appreciate their concerns and kindness. The dentist and assistant clarified any questions I needed to know before and after my procedure. Thank the staff for helping my spouse and I to get safely back into our tall truck. This was my very first visit to Pitner Family Dentistry after relocating to the Birmingham , AL metro area and they did not disappoint . I absolutely love Kelsey! She was so patient and offered so much information ! She asked me after each X-ray if I was okay. I love that ! Kelsey continued ask me if I was okay and prompted me to ask questions. Dr. Pitner is not only gorgeous but equally smart and pragmatic ! Love this dental office. This will definitely be my designated office from now on!

Dr. Pitner is very patience, very professional. Friendliness among her and her staff is like sister and brother. I like her as my dentist because you don't have to suffer nor worry about pain. Only a small few second mosquito bite once. Given that you are an easy case, you don't know when she pull your tooth. You still won't feel pain. I love Pitner Dentistry. Just keep doing good work.
