Preservation Dentistry! I’ve had such a positive experience here. Dr. Trieu is not only kind but truly takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and fully understand your dental care. I never feel rushed, and he’s always happy to answer my questions, which makes each visit stress-free.

The dental clinic is clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff is both friendly and professional. I had a routine dental cleaning and check up with May, the dental hygienist, and she was amazing! Dr. Trieu and the hygienist worked together and taught me how to take care of my teeth properly so I can avoid needing any treatment. What I appreciate most is their honesty and the conservative approach. They don’t push unnecessary procedures, which has saved me a lot of money!

I also brought my son for his first visit, and he also had a great experience with the dentist. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust Preservation Dentistry for our family dentistry needs in one place.

If you’re in Irvine and need a dentist who genuinely cares and makes each visit a breeze, I highly recommend Dr. Trieu and his team. I actually look forward to seeing my dentist!

I had the worst toothache—it got so bad I couldn’t even eat. Luckily, Dr. Trieu and his awesome team at Preservation Dentistry in Irvine saved the day! They made my onlay right there in the office, all in one visit. Watching them create my new tooth was really impressive.

Everyone here is so nice, professional, and actually cares about you. The hygienists are fantastic—super knowledgeable and always make my cleanings gentle yet thorough.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Preservation Dentistry. What I appreciate the most is Dr. Trieu's commitment to preserving your natural teeth. He takes the time to inform you about dental procedures so you can make the best decision with the goal of keeping your real teeth healthy and preventative measures. Him and all the staff, from Ana at the front desk to the hygienists, are incredibly kind and competent. It's a very familial atmosphere. And I have never felt discomfort with any dental work I've had to get done. As someone who's had a lot of dental work done since childhood, I've built a bit of anxiety, so I'm incredibly grateful to the staff at Preservation Dentistry and would highly recommend!

Dr. Trieu is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever visited! From the moment you walk in, you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He’s incredibly personable and takes the time to ensure that both my kids and I are well taken care of. What I really appreciate about him is his focus on prevention—he emphasizes the importance of maintaining dental health and keeping your natural teeth. He doesn’t push unnecessary treatments, only recommending procedures when absolutely necessary. Throughout every visit, he keeps you informed and comfortable. I came to Dr. Trieu after having been referred by my previous dentist whom I have gone to since I was a child. Between my old dentist retiring and my first visit to Dr. Trieu, I unfortunately had many poor fillings done with another dentists. I had started developing anxiety after this both about my teeth and about dentists (which I never experienced before).

However, after visiting Dr. Trieu he reassured me and explained everything to me. He may talk a lot but I prefer a dentist who does. It’s very reassuring knowing he cares and it helps to have the process explained to you as work is being done. He also provided access to himself outside of work hours which helped ease a lot of my anxiety in the beginning since I was able to have all my little questions and concerns answered before a visit.

What I like most is how conservative his practice is, always reminding me not to drill/have work done unless absolutely necessary. He doesn’t go straight for fillings and instead opts to monitor things to see if action actually does need to be taken. Additionally him and his team do a great job. I had a bad filling fall out recently and the replacement filling was so well done, and whenever I get a cleaning my teeth always feel great after.

I would say the prices are on the pricier side, especially since my family pays out of pocket, but if your insurance covers it I would say this dental practice is a great choice! I really recommend coming to Preservation Dentistry. The team is trustworthy, good at their craft, and care for their patients.

Dr. Trieu is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had! When one of my fillings fell out, he immediately got me scheduled to ensure the issue didn’t worsen. His prompt care and attention to detail are unmatched.

Beyond that, Dr. Trieu is incredibly honest, personable, and genuinely cares about his patients’ dental health. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while providing top-notch care. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist!
