I recently visited Dr. Crosby and had an absolutely exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and at ease.

Dr. Crosby is truly a master of his craft - knowledgeable, gentle, and meticulous. They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

The office is modern, clean, and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my visit was as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I've found my forever dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Crosby to anyone seeking top-notch dental care with a personal touch. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I’ve been to quite a few dentists over the years, and a big reason I left was because the offices were often so busy and short-staffed. I’d end up waiting in the chair forever or having different people work on my crowns, which never seemed to fit right.

Dr. Crosby’s office is a totally different experience. They actually value your time and make things super convenient. I get a reminder text the day before my appointment, and if something comes up, I can just text back to reschedule. Ava, the office manager, is really friendly and easy to work with, which makes everything run smoothly.

Crystal, the hygienist, is great—she’s gentle and does a very thorough job with cleanings. Dr. Crosby uses some pretty cool equipment, and he even makes the crowns right there in the office, so no need to wait for something to be sent to a lab. I feel like I’m in good hands with this team, and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist that’s organized, caring, and respectful of your time.

Dr. Crosby and his clinical staff, Eva, provided excellent customer service. Dr. Crosby called me the night before to welcome me as a a new patient in the office. A healthcare provider never called me to do a welcome telephone call. This for me was exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Crosby for your dental care.

At my age i have been to my share of dental practices over the years as i moved around the country . I have had my share of bad experience's, post procedure pain and follow ups to cover bad work . From my first vist to Dr. Crosby and his team they put any anxiety i might have had out of my mind . Friendly , confident and caring i felt as much at ease in there office as if i was in my own home . My last visit was for extensive work . No pain that you typically experience . They are very gifted and work extremely well to make sure the patient is comfortable . As i have settled back down in alaska i have found my dentist for life . Thank you Dr. Crosby , Crystal and Eva for all you do and the professionals you are . We need more like you .

My experience with Dr. Crosby was absolutely wonderful. I had heard very positive reviews about Dr. Crosby over the years-never a negative word. When I called the office and spoke with Eva my fears were immediately alleviated. She was very kind and re-assuring that I needn't worry. I was concerned about getting in and how long it would take it was to fix my chipped front tooth. I was feeling anxious about it. Much to my surprise and delight the doctor was able to see me the next business day. When I opened the door to the office any apprehension I had left me immediately. Dr. Crosby received me with graciousness. This experience is at the top of any dental visit I've ever had. The team of Dr. Crosby, Crystal and Eva were simply amazing. The patient doesn't have to wait for any orders to come back from a lab because Dr. Richard Crosby does his own work right there in his office. He is a true artist and professional.
