A very beautiful and amazing woman of God!!!! I recommend this dentist to anyone in the Montgomery, Al area. She’s very easy going when it come’s to doing dentistry. The customer service is very awesome as well and it’s in a very decent environment in the city. Can’t wait to go back and receive my actual crown from her. She is the very best dentist in the area! She has a very professional staff that took the time to really make me feel comfortable. Also, Dr. Richardson really took the time to explain why I needed a particular treatment in order to really fix my problem and not have to worry about having problems again a few months or a year down the road. You just can't get that everywhere! I'm so glad I chose Dr. Richardson to be my dentist!!!

My husband & I have been seeing Dr. Richardson for over four years now & we absolutely love her & her wonderful staff. The receptionist Ana is very nice & professional; she always greets you with a wonderful smile, personally call to remind you of your appointment & assist with with any billing issues. Since I pay out of pocket, it is very important to have someone to discuss payment. I absolutely adore my dental hygienist Simone, she is personable & very thorough. She even gave me a little gadget to clean my toddler son's tongue. Thanks, I didn't even know they made this. These are just a few examples of why I love Designer Smiles. In addition the office is very clean, there is little to know wait, and the dental work is exceptional. This is a great family dentist, she is very professional & unlike any other. I highly recommend her & her stafff.

Mark Perry, I had the exact same experience. She referred me to an oral surgeon to have my teeth removed. Once she found out that I was considering having an implant, she shaved adjacent teeth down for a bridge and sent me a bill for service I didn’t ask for. I’m intelligent enough to not allow her to go over my annual coverage and pay approximately $1500 out of pocket. Otherwise, I would have just gotten the implant for the same price. Now my teeth are ruin. I refused to go back to her. I was under the understanding that I was getting one cavity repaired because she said she wanted to take care of it immediately. Instead she shave both teeth down. I was devastated and the way she handled things I knew for certain that I was not the only victim. Thanks for the confirmation. Please pay attention to your insurance bill and BE AWARE!

Trying to profit by doing unneeded procedures and messing up patients teeth for life. Tried to do $1800 in totally unneeded dental work so we went somewhere else and were told that it was absurd they wanted to do the procedures they had recommended (multiple crowns). 1 tiny filling and polishing a stain was all that was needed. They should be shutdown. Use another dentist!
