Staff is amazing. I became a patient when I needed a tooth pulled on very short notice. They were very nice and welcoming. The whole staff helped to make me feel like I was in the right place for the right treatment. Very accommodating and upfront with billing. I have continued care from that day. My hygienist Sadie was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My teeth feel so clean and fresh! I had a dental problem, not a scheduled appointment. Riverview was able to work me in very quickly and I was seen on-time. I am a multi-year patient and several years ago Dr. Diaz implemented a policy of checking blood pressure. I had an undiagnosed issue that his staff was able to identify. I sought immediate treatment and to date have been able to regulate my hypertension. I truly believe identifying this at the least saved my quality of life and at the most, my life. I appreciate their care for more than just obvious dental issues.

Sadie was my hygenist and she was exceptional. The care and service I received was superior. I can highly recommend them. And the facility is also very, very nice......great view of the river and wildlife while getting services. The office is outside of my insurance network, but the office filed for me and I got my reimbursement check three days later.

This was my first visit to Riverview Dental Designs, and it was by far the best visit to a dentist I've ever experienced. From the time I walked in the door until I left, was great. They offer the use of laughing gas, blankets, and anything to make your experience comfortable or enjoyable. The staff was very pleasant, the office was clean and the view while in the dental chair is beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Riverview Dental Designs deserves higher than 5 stars! I have extreme dental anxiety and that was quickly and completely put to rest at my first visit today. From the time I was called back from the waiting area, every step of the way back to my exam room, I was given detailed information regarding each room and what tasks/tests/procedures are performed there. The Dr came in several times during visit to calm my nerves and answer any questions along the way. He wasn’t rushed and extremely patient with all questions asked. Super excited about my future dental at Riverview

From Arriving to leaving they are top notch! The Dr's actually take a few minutes to get to know you and you them! A nice tour of the facility! Absolutely professional from the front desk to the back rooms! Highly recommend them!
