I am a Dental Hygienist who doesn't work at this office, but I get my care here. I have been in hundreds of dental offices over my career and over my lifetime, maybe thousands. I have enjoyed my experiences at this office.
That being said, I am a dental phobic person! He handles my phobia and anxiety like the professional he is. His front desk staff are helpful and precise. Both Dental Hygienists are talented, knowledgeable and sweet.
I've read through the negative reviews here as well as the positive ones, and the negative ones seem to revolve around money issues for the patient. I pay out of pocket for everything and have had absolutely no issues with the financials. I have waited years to get some of my larger work done and chose Dr Martin because I trusted him with crown and implant work. He handled my bridgework and anxieties perfectly.
