Very pleasant experience during my visit. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere was comforting. I just had my teeth cleaned and Mary was gentle and meticulous. I was nervous when I went first arrived, as with any visit to the dentist, but I was at ease with the southern hospitality and gentle atmosphere. Thanks to all involved!

From a person who was AFRAID of dentists and still canNOT bear the thought of pain... Dr. Crosby and his Staff are THE BEST! They are always patient with me and the warm, friendly atmosphere feels like visiting with friends so I’m not nervous like I would be in any other dentist or doctor office. The atmosphere is relaxed and still professional. It’s hard to explain or imagine so I tell everyone to go see for yourself. Well, so far no one has called me a liar. So... I trust my smile to no one else!

I have been seeing Dr. Crosby for over a year now. I wasn't happy where I was at the time and so I went on a search. Then I remembered how Dr. Crosby had seen my daughter bcz her tooth was chipped in the front and we didn't know what to do. So I called around and some scheduled weeks even months away. Well u know a young girl who is at that age doesn't want to wait that long. But we called his office and he got her right on in, and when she came out I couldn't even tell her tooth had even been chipped. I mean she was in and out of there. Needless to say she had a great ending to a horrible nightmare. And this was years before, but I thought of him and decided I would try him, and I feel like i hit the jack pot. It's hard to put into words how I feel about him and his whole staff! I'm a person from the moment I walk into an establishment I'm checking out everything...from how the atmosphere feels to the way I'm greeted to the back of the house...even if I'm treated less importance than older customers. I can't help it it's just me. And shall I say that they pass with flying colors. Dr. Crosby is one of the most sweetest humble Dentist I've ever met. U know ur already nervous to even go to the Dentist as it is and he just ease all of my fears I was so pleased! He made me feel like he already knew me and what I like about him he's concern about what's more important and only what u need and not to do a bunch of stuff to get ur money. Well I told my husband about after the first appointment and I made him one and he's pleased. Then I told my mother and I made her an appointment and she's pleased. We all were seeing the same Dentist before Dr. Crosby And We just wasn't happy. But now we all were very happy with Dr. Crosby even down to my son. U can't go wrong with Dr. Crosby and his staff. They are very kind, sweet and very professional. Thank u Dr. Crosby for all u do in not only changing ppls smiles but even their lives.
