Dr. Robson operated on my wife. He did a fantastic job! I was very impressed with his personal post-op care and instructions. He even helped me with my wife going out of the building - very kind, very nice man.
My wife told me the staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable with the processes and paperwork required to be completed before today's surgery. They were also very helpful to my wife going into surgery.
We both very highly recommend Dr. Robson and his staff! Thank you.

My husband’s appointment was 10:45AM. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early, so we got here at 10:30AM. It is now 11:47AM, and he’s still waiting for his appointment to begin!

This is completely unacceptable!!!! If the oral surgeon is behind schedule, the patient should be aware.

Not once has anyone come out to give me an update. I get updates from my husband who has been waiting in the back room for his procedure to begin!

Wonderful Doctor .. BILLING is a nightmare . Once you call and make an appointment. The rest is history.. They won't answer the phone to go over BILLS they send you. My insurance has called to go over BILLS and they won't return calls . I can't even call to cancel my son's appointments for the next 5 yrs. Its like a nitemare I can't get rid of. Don't think they run the office correctly.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience getting my wisdom teeth out. I’ve been putting it off as long as I could because of all the horror stories I’ve heard. But Dr. Robson is the place to go. Yes, I had to wait longer than expected for my consult, but emergency surgeries happen and when the doctor takes his time to explain everything and spend as much time with each patient, delays will happen. I am day 3 post op and I am not experiencing any of the horror stories you hear about getting your wisdom teeth out. If you want a caring doctor who knows what he is going, this is the place to go.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I had an awesome experience with Dr. Robson. I got my top set of wisdom teeth out at 12:30 today and am not swollen or in any pain AT ALL. I had an awful experience prior to using Dr. Robson because I used Koslin and Kahn in Birmingham to remove my bottom set of wisdom teeth. At Koslin and Kahn, I woke up during surgery, was in so much pain after surgery I actually thought I was going to die and had to call 4 times for them to prescribe me with 5 pain pills, and had my gum stitched to my cheek, so I was obviously terrified to get my top set removed. Fortunately, I was referred to Dr. Robson this time and he and his staff were fantastic. He really cared about me and what I had to say and I was called back for my consultation and my surgery appointment 5-10 minutes EARLIER than I was supposed to even be back. That’s awesome and completely unheard of at a doctors office. I am so happy I was referred to Dr. Robson after my previous trauma with wisdom teeth and I will be recommending him to everyone.
