We could not be happier with Sandy, she has been an instant friend and has guided us through this process perfectly. Knowing what I wanted after one visit. She has done a fabulous job! Has had an endless amount of patience with us and is still assisting us with final touches. I suppose that Sandy is a good designer based on the other reviews; however, she definitely was not the designer we needed or wanted. Her designs did not provide much that was new, different, or interesting. She did not have sources for the types of fixtures and furnishings that we wanted, and did not offer other sources that might have what we wanted. The contractor she suggested was not easy to work with, was expensive, and was not used for our job since he would not meet our requirements. She provided us with one useful idea, but we paid too much for just one good idea.

Sandy seems like a very nice person and probably a good designer but we had to fight to get any time with her. We paid for her services to help pick out all the things for our new house since it was overwhelming. But she never had time for us and did not refund our money. Very disappointed in the service.

After we retired and decided we wanted to renovate our lake house and move to Hot Springs full time, I contacted Sandy. I told her that I needed a person who could help me some with design, but a lot with choosing whom to use for what.
She agreed to that and was a tremendous help and introduced me to a great contractor and worked wiith him to help me to produce a design. Sandy took me shopping and made contacts for me in every area needed.She also went to bat for me if I had any problems with anyone she had recommended. I had a good experience and would highly recommend her.

She cost me time and money while I patiently waited and accommodated her schedule. Then... she broke her word. Have a back up plan. #NotDependable
