I’ve been coming to Signature Smiles for 10 years.

The staff does an excellent job of cleaning and Dr Nelson takes great pride in his work. He proactively monitors my mouth and catches issues early.

He himself hasn’t had a cavity in at least a decade and he helps his patients do the same.

I highly recommend giving them a try but be warned they are booked out for cleanings very far in advance.

Dr. Keith Nelson is a literal genius when it comes to the art of upper and lower teeth reconstruction. His skills are unlimited. He knows just what is needed to make your teeth and smile beautiful with a reasonable cost plan to afford it. When you walk into his office you are treated like literal family, greeted warmly and offered a cool bottle of water. His staff are professional, kind and gentle.

I guess the thing with Dr. Nelson is that he is beyond gentle, soft spoken and listens to your every concern. He is so gentle he makes sure you feel no pain. The girls sit you down, and bring you a warm neck pillow and blanket for your comfort. This office feels more like a spa treatment.My wife Sherri is terrified of dentists and Dr. Keith Nelson for years has proven to us that her teeth and she are safe in his gentle hands.

My wife's teeth are gorgeous at 73. She's had crowns, veneers, implants and finally had her top dentures anchored to stay in permanently! If you want quality dentistry where your results will always be perfect, this is the office, staff and infinitely talented dentist to come see.

I have never had a greater more professional, kind and gentle staff ever. Dr. Kieth Nelson is the greatest dentist I’ve ever been to. His ability to sense my fear and do what is necessary to relieve it and calm me down equals no other dentist in 73 years. He is thorough, up to date with the latest tools and knowledge of his profession on a constant basis.
You will feel like you are at a spa when you arrive with warm blankets, neck pillow, music, movie or gentle communication telling you all that is about to happen. His staff is professional, kind and courteous. They treat you like family.

I’m a dental hygienist. I’ve been a hygienist since 2001. Dr. Nelson is the only doctor I will let do cosmetic or traditional dental work on myself or my children because of his attention to detail and his great personality. He sincerely cares for his patients. He has an amazing eye for cosmetic dentistry. He did an amazing job placing a crown on my front top tooth that no other dentist could get right (3rd time’s a charm!!). I am happy he goes above and beyond the standard of care.
