Moving from California to Alabama I was anxious in finding a dentist til I found wonderful DR. Bailey. This is a HUGE dental practice. They have state of the art equipment, high standards of care and cleanliness BUT what stands out is their Southern charm and TRUE CARING from the Heart ♥️ from ALL staff. Treatment plans of Care~ YOU are in control. They can be confusing however here you are given info and explained what would be the Best for you and what procedures cost so you can make an informed decision of care. No up sales here or pressure. Questions are clarified and always explained and answered by ALL Staff. If you are a new patient it may take a while to get an appointment. Is the Wait Worth it? YOU BET IT IS! ?♥️?

Smith & Bailey are always great. My boys have seen Dr. Smith and Dr. Bailey since age 2 or 3. Young. The staff have always been fantastic. I have seen Dr. Smith & Dr. Bailey myself. Again, fantastic. Always timely appointments too. I've never had to wait. In and out with clean teeth in an hour or less.

Straight up 5 stars. Dr. Bailey is the kindest dentist ever he takes his time with you and strives to give you what you want. I have very complicated work coming up and I have all the confidence in the world in him. His staff are genuinely kind & know their stuff AND he's reasonable. Go see Smith and Bailey and get it done right.. reasonably.

I love Smith & Bailey Dental!!!! All of the staff are super friendly, it's always clean and sanitized, and they make you feel so comfortable getting dental work done. I've had fillings, cleanings, and a brand new set of top & bottom partials done here and I've always had an amazing experience. My teeth look so good thanks to the fantastic work they do at this Dentist office ☺️? Thank you so much Smith & Bailey Dental!!!!!!!

I have had to reschedule a few times, they were always patient and kind with me.
Dr. Smith takes time to go over any information I may have. Like a lot of people out there, the dentist has never been on my list of things I really want to do. They make the experience doable! Lol ?

Dr. Bailey did the prep for 2 crowns today. It didn't take long and was pain free. Dr. Bailey is the best dentist I've ever used. He has high-tech equipment and a great staff. The hygienist took great care to to put the temporary crowns in place. Great experience!

Very sweet lady cleaned my teeth, she had retired but two of doctor Baileys girls were out on maternity leave so she came back to help. She was the sweetest I could of talked to her all day she did an awesome job on my teeth and gave me excellent advice on keeping them clean as well as other things because she is a registered nurse. They will loose a good one when she no longer helps.

Everyone was so incredibly kind. I have only gone to the dentist as an adult when I have a bad problem - I have an aversion to dentists as a result from childhood trauma (many of us experienced in the 70’s & 80’s).
I had heard good things about Smith & Bailey - so I called when I began experiencing a bad toothache. From the lady answering the initial phone call to the minute I was walking out today I felt valued and important to them. Dr Bailey and Taylie (?) were so empathetic and compassionate during my treatment. I will go back before any more problems now. I will sing their praises to anyone listening and fully recommend them even after just one visit. They erased a lot of fear and anxiety today and for that I will be forever grateful.
Thank you for being caring and compassionate. It really does matter.
