My Daughter is a patient at the Daphne location. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and helpful. Dr. O’Neil and his assistant are very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend this office to my closest family and friends.

Most unorganized place I've ever been to. They only have one or two doctors that float between all their locations. I live almost to Mississippi but have to come all the way to Fairhope just to get a small fix for my daughter's permanent retainer. On top of that, the appt took nearly three months to setup. It's outrageous! My son recently got braces but I certainly didn't come here again, we went to Dr. Oliver on Grelot. It has been such a better experience than the years we've had to deal with SAO! So so glad my daughter is done with this place! Ugh

My treatment at South Alabama Orthodontics began in 2021, and it was there that I met Mr. Rick and Mr. Shane, two exceptional people who inspired me to appreciate the smile I now have. I couldn't be happier with the results of my teeth, and I'd never been so excited about how I looked with a smile before. My braces were removed on November 9, 2023, and I was given a lot of support throughout the entire treatment process, and everyone involved was wonderful. Being a patient at South Alabama Orthodontics proved to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Anyone who decides to seek treatment there will be astounded by how loving, kind, and caring everyone is. The team is fantastic, and every single lady I met was always engaging and fun, making sure I was comfortable, and the bright colors lifted my spirits whenever I saw them. I am grateful to everyone at South Alabama Orthodontics, and while my gratitude will never be enough for everything they have done for me, I will be grateful forever. Dr. Rick, I also assure you that I will never go to bed without my retainer on lol!

My son has been a patient of SOA for roughly 6 years. Dr. Langley took the time to ensure that my son's teeth were ready, specifically with a pallet expander and working on getting a stubborn tooth in, before we ever went into braces. The care and diligent attention my son has received throughout the process has been exceptional. I know that this is just standard care as far as this practice is concerned. The environment is safe and welcoming. They hold fast to their values and I would recommend them a million times over. Dr. Langley is a perfect example of what it looks like when someone chooses to make a difference in his community.

This place is AMAZING!!! I can not say enough praises for this orthodontics group. The staff-AMAZING! the orthodontist-AMAZING. MY son and husband got braces put on a year apart from each other and they have been consistent, honest and definitely goes the extra mile. We moved out of state and they went above and beyond to try and find us a reputable orthodontist in our new location. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!
