I am a new patient to the practice, and they made me feel very welcome! Beth, my hygienist was friendly and was gentle performing my cleaning. Dr. Robinson was also very friendly. Her and the staff took time to get to know me as their new patient. The entire staff was extremely friendly and the office was also clean and inviting. I did not have to wait long to be seen and being able to complete my paperwork online was a huge plus!

The staff at Southern Dentistry is friendly, professional. Dr. Jessica Robinson, DMD was pleasant, I felt comfortable during all my visits. Her work has been great. She listen to my concerns and answer my questions.. Her dental assistant Heather is kind, professional, very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with her as well. She also listen to me, and answer my questions. She did a great job as well. I have one more appointment to complete my dental goals. I look forward to being finished. Well miss both Dr. Robinson and Heather. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson and Heather for all your dental needs.

I've been going to Southern Dentistry for about 10 years. I usually go to the Daphne location, but decided to try the Robertsdale location and I was extremely pleased. It was very peaceful and calm there. My hygienist and Dr. Robinson were both great. The facility is bright and clean and the staff was very friendly. I will be going back! 😀

I had been using Southern Dentistry for a few years and until now I have been very happy with the care I received. I had an appointment for cleaning at 8:10 on November 5th. I arrived at 8:01 hoping to be able to get in and out quickly. The door was unlocked so I knew someone was there but there was no one in the front office. There was a sign on the counter saying that they were in a meeting and would be with us at 8:10. At 8:10 someone came out to ask our names (there were a couple of other people there) At 8:30 an employee went to sit at the front desk. At 8:35 I walked to the counter and asked her to cancel my appointment because I had to go to work. She informed me that they didn’t start that day until 8:30 because it was Election Day. I explained that I had an appointment scheduled for 8:10 and she said there must be a mixup and asked if I received a text. I felt like she was insinuating that I was the one who was wrong. As you can see, my appointment card and the reminder card both say 8:10. Evidently they believe their time is more valuable than their patients.

I absolutely love the staff here, they are so sweet and welcoming! I had to have 4 teeth done, and im very anxious when it comes to the dentist, they made me feel very comfortable. And did everything to make me feel relaxed! I highly recommend! Dr. Lisa is so awesome!

Very caring and attentive. Great staff. Great Doctor Robinson!! I have had a lot done with Dr Robinson and she is the best dentist I have ever had.
Update: I have been using this location in Robertsdale now for 3 months and couldn’t be happier.

I had a long and what could have been a very painful procedure today. Dr Robinson made it as painless as possible. Her assistant was wonderful. Very patient and caring. I am so glad my husband and I were referred here after retiring and moving from Atlanta. I can say from experience, Atlanta has nothing on this group. I highly recommend them.
