Spoke on the telephone with a very helpful and polite staff member called Grace today. I was looking for a specific Clinique foundation. She was very polite from the offset and checked with other staff members too. Unfortunately they didn’t have in stock but I was very impressed with this young lady thank you Grace ☺️

No.1 the products in this shop are way to overpriced for the quality you get. A lot of the products in there aren’t good for your face. How do I know? An app you can download that tells you the ingredients of nearly every makeup and skincare product and tells you the rating out of 100.

No.2 my sister recently got a set of Origins face masks from there. When she put it on she said it started burning so she washed it off. She had an allergic reaction and her face puffed out and turned blotchy. I looked at the rating of the face mask and it was 61/100 with an allergen, phenoxyethanol, which you’d be surprised as to how many people are allergic to it.

What I want to say is, I’m confident that the store doesn’t check the safety of the product they sell, otherwise, why would they be selling a product with a big allergen?

Each time I visit or call ahead to reserve products, the staff are always super friendly & helpful & have never let me down. I can’t say enough good things about this store, amazing products at amazing prices. Anyone wanting Jo Malone & many others with a discount, head to this store ❤️

Absolutely disgusting, the sales person who was ignoring me ,had such a miserable face and when I had to wait for her until there were no other customers in the store she made me wait and without apologizing she served me in silence. Horrible. I am a member of a cosmetic company and she didn't ask for my email address,what if i am a new customer. When you people start collecting customer details. You so like sending millions of emails about your promotions and inviting members. What happened Ohh i guess I did not look good enough for her to be served in a nice way.blond rude sales "assistant"

Awful lady served me no customer service skills whatsoever,rude no eye contact obnoxious and racist the products are amazing though get better staff please you lost a customer today i wasnt allowed to pay cash either but i didnt want to buy anything anyway after how i was treated.went to Ralph Lauren afterwards treated with so much respect lovely staff please get better staff.

Good quality products, at reasonable prices. I bought products by Bobbi Brown, Clinique and Mac. The layout of the store is well designed. I got a 10% discount when providing my email address, which was a welcome bonus.
