I went in today, and the store had tons of selections to choose from with wonderful prices! I got a ton of items with great deals, and was very pleased with my purchases. While they had wonderful customer service when shopping, I was even more surprised to find out how helpful they truly were. I had left my bath and body works bag filled with purchases from earlier shopping at the outlets. I live about 2 hours away, and sadly left my bag in the store. When I called back to see if I could pay for shipping, they offered to completely ship my bag I left for free to my home. I will definitely be returning in the future! Wonderful experience!

very nice discount on cosmetics. some haircare. some skincare. travel size items too. Numerous brands. If you give your email address, they give you samples. most items 50% of retail. Quite a bit of high price brand name cosmetics. I purchased eye shadow. Regular $44. it was 50% off today plus another 10% off. Visitation this place, they might be selling your favorite brands. Easy to find. center of Lighthouse outlet mall near that visitors center & bungee jump.

Store hours are not posted on the door any longer. Multiple times I have gone to the store during regular outlet hours and the door is locked but lights were on. I called to find out hours and no call returned. The products are great and the customer service is good when they are open but consistently they are not open. I wonder if the general manager is aware how often the store is actually closed.

This is definitely my favorite store! There's nowhere else around you can get genuine Estee Lauder products at this price from the manufacturer it's amazing. Idk why haters are complaining about the hours they're very consistent and the staff even told me I could schedule an appointment to work with my schedule if I really needed to. 5 stars!

Really would have appreciated knowing they was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. No hours at all on Google. Just a sign on the door. So not following mall hours.Walked all through mall in rain so was aggravating to see that after driving there just for them. Nice store when its open . I tried to update hours on Google. But that should be done by them ...in my opinion.
