After moving back to CA, I've been going to White Oaks Dental for all of my dental treatment needs. Dr. Cho has a great bedside manner and his staff members are always friendly.
Not surprisingly, Dr. Cho's is expanding his business and hired a new doctor. At first I was a bit disappointed that Dr. Cho "dumped" me to a new doctor, but this was a really silly concern on my part as Dr. Kao was fantastic. Dr. Kao did the teeth cleaning for me. I've had the dentists clean my teeth before and oftentimes it was a miss. I'd have to say, she was very gentle, but super attentive and thorough. Obviously, I'd highly recommend White Oaks Dental, especially Dr. Cho and Dr. Kao's team. 🙂

I recently had an old metal crown removed and replaced by a porcelain crown. During the procedure, the Dentist, Dr. Hafid Ortega, had to remove a lot of debris. After putting a temporary crown, Dr Ortega cautioned me about possible discomfort/pain. He went out of his way to give me his personal phone number to call in case of severe pain. Fortunately I did not experience undue pain. Two days later, I got a call from Dr. Ortega. He wanted to check on my well being. I was very impressed by Dr. Ortega’s concern for his patients. I would strongly recommend Dr Ortega to anyone looking for a competent dentist.

I don’t like visits to the dentist office but Thursday morning I was eating corn nuts as a quick snack at work when I bit into a corn nut with my molar tooth that I had not taken care of immediately when instructed to do so. As the day progressed so did the throbbing pain.

I knew from a previous visit I had a cavity in this tooth that needed a filling for but decided “ I’ll take care of that later”since it was not bothering me at all.

Later, became earlier than expected…

Thursday evening was a painful stressful Rush job as I drove through traffic after work like a maniac trying to get to Dr. ORTEGA’s office like a kid trying to get home before streets lights come on.

I was in trouble and the pain was unbearable. I needed help.

Walking in the office before closing at 6pm I knew my chances of getting an emergency appointment was slim to none and that I most likely would need to wait until Monday to be seen by this office or find a different location to see me.

This was my second visit to this location It’s close to home, the staff is welcoming, friendly and courteous and office kept clean as it should be and so this is my primary dental home office.

The calendar was filled for Friday , but Dr. Ortega was able to squeeze me in his calendar Friday morning at 8am even though they open doors at 830am!

I received great care by Dr. Ortega, I needed a root canal. He was patient friendly and kept me in the loop every step of the procedure.

I’m forever thankful for him and his team being able to assist my needs in such a short notice. It was an emergency and having a tooth ache is no joke.

I am very pleased that I found Dr. Ortega and his staff. I recently had a deep cleaning and met Olga who is probably the best hygienist I have ever experienced. She is not only very competent, but pleasant and energetic. My entire experience at this dental office has been extraordinary. I had the same dentist for 18 years previously and I am very pleased to have found a dentist that Dr. Ortega is. He is very leading edge and his equipment is very modern. My experience with him has been super he is an extremely competent doctor but in addition a very nice person. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

From walking in the front door to the hygienist and to my Dentist Dr. Ortega, the whole experience is top notch! Everyone is super friendly. They treat you like your part of their team/family. I've been going there a few years and I've seen them grow. They treat me the same, they know me and my teeth! 🙂 I've had some major stuff done here, from a root canal, filling, fill a chipped cap. They have all the modern technology and skills. I've never walked away with a problem. Dr Ortega will even check on me the next day. Talk about personalized service. He truly cares about his patients. I love the fact that Dr. Ortega is young enough to be around for a long time, probably longer than my teeth, but old enough to know what he's doing. He loves what he does for a living. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to everyone!

I switched to White Oaks Dental a few years ago and never been happier! The staff is amazing! In the past, I've had some very bad experiences in the with other dentists. Not only am I a HAPPY patient, I have trust again in the quality of work and I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" White Oaks Dental to all my friends and family! Thank you for making me SMILE again!

I admit, I suspected patient review shenanigans l when I saw all the spectacular reviews for White Oaks Dental. I thought, yeah right, no way dentist can be that universally loved. After my visit however, I am now as wowed by all the other five star reviews I have read. Dr. Cho is kindhearted, knowledgeable, and describes things in a way that the layman can easily grasp. Most importantly, has an obvious and honest concern for the well being of his patients, and does not perform unnecessary work just to get a payday (as I've seen other dentists do). By far the best dental experience I have ever had

Dr Cho is amazing amazing!!! I highly recommend him. He is very kind and really cares for your concerns. I have been going to him for a few years now. He is very great at what he does. He has given me my confidence back with the dental cosmetic work he has done on me. I am 100% satisfied. The front office manger and staff are very friendly and professional. They are more like family now. I fully trust this dental office and will continue to go to them as long as I can.
