Dr. Littlejohn is an amazing oral surgeon but his front desk staff is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with and I use to work for a hospital… I had the beginning of implant surgery done in February. It’s been almost 8 months and I am still walking around with a massive hole in my mouth because his office never scheduled a follow up or gave me any information on the next steps. When I finally got a hold of someone after call the office for months and getting no return call, I was informed that I should have had multiple appointments by now to make sure everything was healing correctly. Why were those not scheduled when I had the surgery? Or at my 1 week follow up? I was also told the day of my surgery when I paid them over $5000 for one tooth that I wouldn’t owe another dime. The lady at the front desk looked me and my husband in the eye and swore that was all that I would have to pay. Now I have received a bill in the mail for more money and I’ve been double billed for anesthesia and no one can give me an answer to as why.

I appreciated the professional, respectful, polite and considerate manner in which your staff treated me. He is one of the best medical professionals I have ever worked with!

The office lady was rude and unprofessional .She did not want to do her job and contact my insurance. I have never experienced that type of disrespect as a paitient. So I walked out never even seeing the dentist. I would like Dr . Littlejohn to know what kind of people is working for him. If you are working .DO YOUR JOB!

I had a few teeth extracted today, and everyone was so nice, and I felt so comfortable. I usually have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but Dr. Littlejohn made sure I was very relaxed. My procedure went very quickly and he made sure I had plenty of meds to take after the procedure. He even called to check on me and to make sure I was okay. The office was very clean and everyone was so professional.

Alright, So after seeing Dr. Littlejohn I can firmly say that I would recommend another Dr. for a few reasons.
1) there was no conversation or information about costs until it's over
and you sit down in a finance office. nothing disclosed upfront. $140 for Xray and consult isn't bad but it wasn't disclosed at any point. Also I turned in my insurance and they said the following "IF insurance pays any part of it they will cut me a check" So I just paid out of pocket even tho I have insurance.
2) 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting in a room for a 3 minute consult with the Dr. I get they have other clients, but they need to schedule better.
3) If your single, with no one to help you in the area they basically offer no services and make no arrangements to assist you. all I needed was a tooth pulled I've had it done before and never had this much of an issue. they make a person wait with you, I have no family in the area and no friends that would be willing or able to. they will not allow someone to come and pick me up without them stay for the whole procedure.

So, basically if your single, or just trying to make life work, if your using insurance to prevent massive out of pocket costs find another facility. they want it their way no matter what is costs you in the end.

highly recommend finding someone else.
