Fast, efficient.walked in thinking it was going to be only a consultation. Left 4 wisdom teeth removed. Everyone was super nice and went to great lengths to explain everything.

Very professional. I would highly recommend and I have worked for a periodontist for 20 years. If I could give a 20 star I would.

Went for a moral and wisdom tooth extractions wait time was a little longer than expected although it was pretty packed so it’s completely understandable. When I was called back I was greeted w a warm welcome from the nurse Arsho, who also did an amazing job w assistance. Dr. Alzate also was amazing and got the job done super quick. Both were friendly and professional. I feel so much better. Thank you wisdom teeth away! 🦷

Had my wisdom teeth removed here a couple of weeks ago. I have to give 2 stars for the following reasons:

1) I was told a CT scan and a bone graft were mandatory which meant I had to spend over $700 which for most people is an insane amount especially for those on medi-cal. When it came time for the removal their software that showed the scan wasn't working and the surgeon said he'll just work without it, meaning that the scan wasn't needed after all and I was scammed out of $250.

2) The surgeon's bedside manner is pretty much non-existent, kind of just treats you like an object and avoids any conversation with you.

3) Once the removal is done the surgeon immediately leaves without informing you of the recovery process, instead the assistant just gives you a instruction slip but it lacks a lot of information, especially on avoiding dry socket.

If you must come here, be sure to make your appointment before 9 am. The office gets really packed and there's a good chance you'll end up having to wait hours for your turn even with an appointment.

I will say the process was entirely painless and very quick even though I had a horizontally impacted tooth. The whole process took less than 10 minutes for 3 teeth.

If I could give negative stars, I would...

I made my first appointment 3 months ahead for a consultation, and they said there's a chance they can do the wisdom teeth extraction that same day. I used PTO from work incase they did so I could recover since I needed all 4 removed. I waited 1 hour after my scheduled appointment just for them to do a 5 minute X-ray. I was told I was supposed to pay $735 for a required CT scan and bone graft that my insurance didn't cover which I had no problem doing. They also scheduled my extraction for the following week. I requested PTO again so that I could recover.

My second appointment was at 2:15pm. They did a quick 5 minute CT scan. I waited until 3:45pm when it was finally time for the extraction, the doctor said he will only have time to remove 2 of them. He said he will remove the other 2 sometime next week since one of them is harder to remove and they are about to close. This just extends my recovery time. I just decided to not get them removed since I cant keep using PTO for this. They made me wait almost 1.5 hours after my scheduled time just for them not to have enough time for them to do the extraction. They simply overbook themselves. I got a full refund.

This was a complete waste of time and PTO. I scheduled my appointment in January just to NOT get my wisdom teeth removed in May.

Don't waste your time here.

Wisdom Teeth Away took great care of me it didn’t hurt at all and it was extremely fast as well Arsho was an incredible nurse and the doctor that did the procedure was incredibly patient and professional. Highly recommend

Absolutely terrible there was not a single person in the waiting room that was not complaining. Every single time that some one was called into the back (for an x-ray) they got their patients name wrong (right first name and the a different patients last name!!! I know this because they said another patients first name with my last name!)Me and that patient where hesitant when that happened!!HUGE RED FLAG I should have gone home at that point. Was waiting to be called into the back for x-rays for 2 hours and then was sent back to the waiting room. When I was finally called into the back to be seen they told me that I the person that was going to see me was on break and had to wait for her to get back. I waited for 20 minutes for her to finally come in. I came in for a consultation and was told there was a possibility of them removing my wisdom teeth. I was told they would be able to remove them after 4 hours of waiting. 5 hours later they removed them.They obviously need a larger staff or they need to not take a lot of patients. I definitely do not recommend this place. You should look elsewhere unless you have about 6 hours to spare and you’re willing to gamble because it’s not for sure you’ll get them removed

Everyone there is so nice and so friendly! From the walk in to the walk out. The receptionists,
the dental assitants, the dentist himself. They talk you through everything, make sure you are comfortable, and that you are fully aware of aftercare. I've never had more than a single tooth pulled at a time but needed several pulled.I was out the door before I knew it! One of the better experiences I've had when it comes to dental care. Highly recommend!
