We moved here from the east coast last year in the middle of my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. Came to Dr. Wu for a second opinion and found him and team to be experienced, technologically advanced and professional. The staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and so organized that there's hardly any wait time. My daughter is only a few months away from completing her treatment and I can't think of a better place to go for my older kid and myself.

CHOOSE WU ORTHODONTICS!!!! I don't often leave reviews, but for Wu Orthodontics I MUST make an exception. With a full heart and beautiful teeth I recommend Wu Orthodontics. Orthodontists have become unbelievably expensive today and with most practices charging you for every snapped wire and broken bracket it adds up pretty quickly.

At Wu Orthodontics they treat you like family. I had countless snapped wires and popped brackets over my two year course of treatment and every time they would fix the problem with utmost care and usually within 24 hours. They never charged me a dime more for any of it. They are so flexible and kind.

During the summers I work in rural Alaskan villages and I was worried in my second year that a bracket would snap out there and I would be stranded with my teeth moving in the wrong direction. Dr. Wu took didn't even think twice before offering to switch me to Invisalign for the rest of my treatment at no extra cost. He got it all done in a week and sent me on my way.

Dr. Wu's team is also on the cutting edge of Orthodontics and have all of the newest technology, some of which I didn't even know was an option! Their M.O. in my experience is to leave their patients in the greatest comfort possible and in treatment for the least amount of time. They are generous, punctual, kind, and very informed. Every staff there was a light to be around and I always felt like I was in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend them enough.

Kim is wonderful! I appreciated that she explained everything we were doing step by step. Dr. Wu is also very sweet & helpful. Great experience!

Dr Wu will not pull teeth, he is extremely closed minded about this perfectly safe procedure when child’s mouth is crowded. My daughter after 2 years of braces has buck teeth and an over bite. This could have been remedied by removing a couple teeth early in the process but Dr Wu refused. I would not recommend this orthodontist.

I’m visiting SF for the summer and had an emergency with my braces when the wire broke. I struggled to find an orthodontist who would help since I wasn’t their patient. That’s until I found Wu Orthodontics. They set up an appointment for me the same day I called. Everyone was professional and friendly, quickly fixing my braces and even contacting my usual orthodontist to explain what was done—all at no cost. My daughter just completed her orthodontic adjustment with Dr Wu. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Wu and his staff. He is very knowledgeable and his entire office staff are kind, welcoming and responsive. Dr Wu has also been monitoring my son’s teeth growth since he was 10, with annual x-rays and providing recommendations to our family dentist, so my son’s adult teeth can grow out as naturally and straight as possible and minimize any adjustment needed in the future. We feel very fortunate to have found Dr Wu and his practice.

My daughter is early on her orthodontic journey but Dr. Wu and his staff have been unfailingly kind, informative, and professional. We are in the winter respiratory surge right now so everyone except the patients are masked, which is great. They explained the treatment plan and went through the dietary and dental hygiene changes with us carefully. My daughter was given an electric toothbrush and a water pick to make it easier to care for her teeth and the new appliances on them. So far my husband and I are very pleased with the care my daughter is receiving.
