I had a very disappointing experience at Dental21 München. During my first visit for a cleaning, they forced me to schedule a follow-up check-up six months later. On my second visit for a minor repair, I asked the receptionist to cancel this appointment, but they didn’t understand English well and failed to do so. When I missed the appointment, they charged me 75 euros and refused to revoke the charge despite my explanation. Their poor communication and unprofessionalism were frustrating.
