The service was outstanding. The staff is friendly, professional, and very efficient.

Booking this appointment was extremely easy and convenient (one can do that in English or German). I always appreciate when I don't have to wait too long before my appointment, and this was certainly the case here (my appointment started 1 min before the scheduled time).

I have been there in two separate occasions. The first time was for some aesthetic consultation. The dentist that helped me, Frau Popova, was so good that from now on I want to stay with her. She spoke English, which was also a plus because the dental vocabulary in German is not my strongest. She gave me her honest opinion about my diagnosis and I could tell that she did not want to sign me up for unnecessary treatments that would be too expensive otherwise.

The second time was for a professional cleaning service. It was done by Mr. Mori and it went super smooth. He had a gentle way of doing it without hurting me or stretching my mouth's foldings. He used utensils that were super silent too, which I don't know if it's the new technology or what, but it felt nice.

Lastly, the clinic is conveniently located near an underground station. The clinic is really neat, modern and their machines look top tier. Absolutely recommended!

Dr. Kitzinger is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She gives the best advice about required procedures, when to do them and how to go about everything. She takes her time doing a perfect job and explains everything she is doing along the way. I really appreciate her competence and kindness as someone who hates going to the dentist. The whole team at the practice is very friendly and professional. You never have to wait too long and the online/telephone appointment system is very convenient.

Very clean, kind and professional service. It's first studio I went to in Munich which has not come up with invisible cavities or unheard, expensive diseases to be treated (I know my teeth are very healthy and did not need any of this). Highly recommended.
