I been going to Alabama Dental Associates for 15 + years...They are a hidden gem in Irondale...I went for my 6 month cleaning. Kim did a Phenomenal cleaning on my teeth I was so impressed with her skills as a dentist hygienist! She was thorough, kind, patient, and funny! I told her if they received tips I would've tipped! She was God sent and took really good care of my Pearl whites! If you need a dentist please see them they will take good care of you!

Outstanding customer service. From the friendly receptionist to the compassionate hygienist, to the skillful Dr. Ricketson, I was treated with the utmost care, concern, and professionalism.
I had a dental emergency (cracked/chipped tooth) and had never been to this clinic before, but they were able to treat me the very next morning.
Communication was top-notch. They explained every step of the procedure in detail, answered all my questions, were responsive to my needs and comfort, and made me feel extremely relaxed and confident in their care.
Overall, the most positive dental experience of my life. I will not go anywhere else, and I wish I had discovered them sooner.
