I took my daughter in for some swelling after losing a baby tooth and another concern. They staff was warm and welcoming and everyone felt so genuine. My (9 year old) commented that it was the prettiest office she had ever been to with the vew. It was my first visit here but I will be switching to them as my new regular family dentist.

Dr. Casey Bowen and dental hygienist Chanel were awesome. They fixed my existing filling that came undone when a neighboring dentist couldn’t pinpoint the problem and told me to come back in a few weeks when it turns into a root canal!! I was amazed by how great they worked together to resolve my problem and he gave me a back up plan if plan A didn’t work. I would highly recommend Dr. Bowen and staff. Chanel was amazing and even let my son watch her Netflix account on her phone! Thank you guys for everything!

I sent my daughter here. The service is excellent. The mistake I made was paying extra money in advance. It has been over 6 months and I still have not received my refund. My daughters last appointment was on March 30th this year. All I get is the runaround. I just read some other reviews and it is highly probably that the dentist is not aware of this issue. He will soon!!

had been going here for years until I had to have both molars and wisdom teeth taken out, asked if I had any questions about the procedure and I was treated very strangely when I asked why clerk shut the window in my face and started whispering. Just had questions why I couldn’t be sedated for the procedure like normal and was wasn’t offered medication. So yeah having your teeth ripped out of your head while completely conscious is absolutely traumatizing as I’m crying and listing to my teeth crack and choking on my blood, sweet. So I only had one side done and I still have one set of wisdom and a molar also sweet. Well my crown fell off a day after you put it on so seeing me to collections isn’t gonna work. I’m good thanks.

Fantastic service at Aesthetic Family Dentistry. I’ve been going here for about 12 years. Every member of staff makes you feel well cared for and looked after. They are so good with kids too! My oldest was very afraid of his first dentist visit and they worked extra hard to make it fun and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

The people were great! I came in for pics and exam. Ended up having a deep cleaning, and Holly was gentle, polite, thorough, friendly and professional. She had a cancellation and she gave it to me to come back and do that deep cleaning. ❤️ Dr. Woods was thorough in explaining what was going on with my teeth and gums, explained my ex-rays and treatment and the outcome. He too was very kind and professional. The Administrative assistant that greeted me was very friendly as well and made sure that my insurance was going to cover everything, and I wouldn’t be out of pocket for anything, without me asking. I had a great experience! The facility was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, professional, yet warm and inviting. I would recommend them a thousand times over! Dr. Woods and staff were very accommodating and friendly. I appreciated the clear communication from both the doctor and front desk. I live in Eagle River but believe the drive is worth it for the quality care they give!

Excellent dental care! Holly thoroughly and gently cleaned my teeth. Dr. Woods explained my treatment options and made me feel comfortable about our plan moving forward.
