I was highly impressed with the professionalism and caring attitude of every staff member who interacted with me during my first visit to the Aspen Dental location in Foley Alabama! From the friendly receptionist who greeted me after I arrived … to the highly efficient X-ray tech who was thorough, but quick … to the experienced and personable dentist, Dr. Youssef, who conducted a comprehensive examination of my teeth … to the excellent hygienist Rachel who performed a painless periodontal deep cleaning of my teeth and gums … to last, but not least, the extremely helpful office manager who explained my options in simple understandable terms … every staff member was genuinely concerned about providing me with the best dental care possible. I left the Foley office highly impressed and confident that future visits will provide similar outstanding results.

After 35 years as a Comfort Dental patient in Colorado I had to find a new dentist here in Foley where we moved to 6 months ago. It was hard as I also needed this dentist to accept my Careington Series 500 discount plan. I called several dentists but Aspen Dental was the first one that said they accept my plan. I just had my first visit and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the front desk person, to the imaging technician, dentist, the billing person and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth my care was exemplary. They have the most up to date technology, the friendliest staff, really nice offices and exam rooms and the price was the same as I had been paying for in Colorado with my plan, which is awesome. So, I now have a new dentist that's a pretty big deal for me. 35 years and then this change...turned out great!

They're like the used car salesmen of dentists. The office lady was super sweet, as was the X-ray tech. But the finance guy and the dentist.... I was asked what I thought it would cost, and when I responded six grand, I was told there's no way they could get close to that. But then some how my price dropped from over 12,000 to $5,700 after I mentioned that my max was $5,500. "But don't worry, we'll take care of the extra $200". That just doesn't sit right with me. I will give them one extra star because they were all very kind to my 8 year old. My sitter bailed at the last minute so he had to tag along. And they were very accommodating. But as far as the actual dentistry, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Everything that they tell you in that initial call is what you can expect! The whole experience was very smooth. I am also grateful for the office manager(Jason), who was able to help me make changes to my dental plan. If anything else ever comes back, we will be going back!! Great staff and Dentist

Not sure why the reviews are bad for this place. Guess you can't make everyone happy with every issue. My experience here was amazing. From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist was polite. My next step was x-rays. Forgot her name, but she was prompt and professional. Then I met with the Hygienist, I think her name started with and R. Rachel or something or another. The Doctor was super patient and very professional. Everything happened so quick, but I think the Dr.s name started with a K. Finally, I ended the appointment with Jason. He was super knowledgeable and very thorough about the procedures and what the Dr. recommended. Everyone answered all of my questions and made sure I didn't have any more questions before sending me on my way. Thank you to the staff at Aspen Dental. Great place. Give it a shot. Hope your experience will be as great as mine. Peace.

Dental office with several facets. You can tell they are sales based after the initial consultation. Received a quote for services that was no where near their listed prices on the web site...I actually have questions after getting home and reviewing the differences.
Not to say I wouldnt use them but there needs ti be more clarity..

Very friendly especially the girl who checked me. What a great personality and made me feel at home while I was there!!!!!! The rest of the staff were amazing as well. The dentist was great with listening and explaining the procedures that need to take place!!!!
