‼️CAUTION‼️This was my first time visiting this dental office. The front office staff was nice and welcoming. The hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth with minimal pain involved. Typically, my cleaning visits with other hygienists are usually painful and uncomfortable, but not with her.
My only issue with that dental practice is their cleaning methods. Most dental practices I have visited have plastic covering their equipment that is regularly touched during your visit. For instance, the handles on the x-ray machine did not have plastic on the handles, which was frequently touched while she adjusted the x-ray film in my mouth, which involved her coming into contact with my saliva. When the hygienist completed the x-rays, I did not see her wipe the machine handles down; she just pushed it back into the enclosed cabinet. The chair did not have any plastic coverings like other dental offices I have visited. I went on a Wednesday and woke up Thursday morning with my throat feeling a little weird. I woke up Friday morning and could barely swallow, and my chest was hurting. I began coughing up green and yellow phlegm. It's Monday, and I'm still very sick. I may need to go to the Immediate Care Clinic. I was fine prior to my visit. I will not be returning.

I moved here from California about a year ago and after searching high and low for a dental office that I liked, I finally found Tru Family Dental. I’m so happy I made the decision to become a patient. The office is beautiful and clean. From the ladies at the front desk to the ladies in the back you’ll feel so welcomed and relaxed! The Doctor fixed my two front teeth and I can’t stop smiling! I’m beyond happy w/his work! I wish I could give 10 stars!

I absolutely love this office! I have extreme dental anxiety but since being a patient here that has changed. The staff is super friendly and experts when it comes to insurance. Dr. BaMatraf is gentle and patient. I also love that he explains the procedure so that I understand what’s going on. If you’re looking for a new office, this is the place to be!
