Dr. Troy Follmar has provided exceptional care during multiple primary tooth extractions for my daughter. He and his team consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy. The thoughtful touches, such as having a TV show on for her and a cozy blanket to make her comfortable, truly set the experience apart. I cannot recommend Follmar Oral Surgery highly enough. Thanks to their compassionate approach, my daughter now asks to have her teeth extracted with Dr. Troy Follmar rather than wiggling them out herself.

If you want good bed side manner, do not come here.

The only people that treated me and my mom well during the appointment was the receptionist and the doctor. The people in between were rude. For example, one of the ladies who came in to go over my medical information never said "Hi" or introduced themselves and never made eye contact with us. She asked about medication I was taking and mentioned I was taking birth control just in case there would be any complications with it. She scoffed at me and said "That's not what I meant." with an attitude as if I should know.

The doctor was nice. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. She was the only one to actually have a conversation with me and this was before the anesthesia kicked in.

Before my surgery started, they were setting up with all the medical equipment. But, the medical drape that they put on my chest had blood on it from a previous patient, which I think is disgusting and unsanitary. The lady who was in control of the laughing gas mask slapped it on over my nose, which was unnecessary. Also, according to my mom because I was out of it after surgery, as soon as I woke up from the anesthesia, they tried to rush me and my mom out of the back door, barely giving me any time to full wake up and be aware of my surroundings. Thank god, my mom stood her ground and let me stay for longer.

I would give 1 star but the doctor was nice and I recovered nicely.

My daughter recently had dental surgery at Dr.Follmar’s clinic, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment she walked in, the staff made her feel comfortable and reassured. Dr. Follmar took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really put my mind at ease.

The surgery itself was smooth and virtually painless. Dr. Follmar demonstrated exceptional skill and precision, and the entire team was professional, attentive, and caring throughout. They even followed up with us after the procedure to ensure she was recovering well, which really shows their commitment to patient care.

I highly recommend Dr. Follmar and the entire team to anyone in need of dental surgery or any dental care. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience into one that was actually quite positive.

The staff at Follmar are very informative and professional.
I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr Alicia Follmar Wang.
Dr Wang is extremely skillful, knowledgeable and confident.
Prior to the procedure she patiently explained steps of the procedure and alternatives for future implants. During the procedure she explained clearly what she was doing, this is much appreciated to avoid any surprises. I very much felt I was in her good hands.
After the procedure she called to make sure that I did not encountered any post procedure issues.
I am very fortunate that it turned out very well for me, and better than I expected.

Was able to get an appointment the same day my dentist called for an extraction. Dr. Alicia Wang and the entire staff were professional, friendly and efficient. The assistant Bella was very sweet and calmed my nerves. Everything was explained thoroughly. Not an easy extraction (my tooth was stubborn), but no pain. An implant was inserted right after the extraction. Follow-up in 3 months. So far, so good!

I was referred here by my dentist for an extraction. My nerves are always a mess when it comes to going to any dental office. As soon as I walked in I noticed how beautiful the office was. Very mellow/calming feel to it. Check in was easy and I was called back within a few short minutes. Everyone I met in the office was very kind. Lani was great and made the paper work part a breeze. The dental assistant, I believe her name is Delia (I’m so sorry if I got your name wrong) could clearly see I was very anxious and she was so sweet and helped calm me down. Dr.Follmar was great as well. By our initial meeting I could just see how confident he was in his work and I appreciated that. I think the procedure was even faster than the numbing process. I was in and out in no time. I had a great experience and I would recommend this office to anyone

Friendly patient focused staff. Dr. Follmar reviewed the X-rays and therapeutic goal then efficiently performed the procedure. Six hours after the procedure Dr. Folmar personally followed up with a call to check my status.
Immediately after the procedure, I visited my primary dentist for restoration and overheard positive comments by the technical staff as to the quality of the procedure and status of the preparation site.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled and it was so uneventful in a good way that I went to work the next day and it didn’t feel like I had anything done at all. No swelling. No pain. Amazing!!!
