I had the best experience with this office! I went in to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth and was nervous prior to the procedure. Dr. Salib was so patient and walked me through the entire procedure. I didn’t feel a thing! It was the best experience! And the front staff was just as friendly and kind as he was. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. One of the cleanest offices I’ve been to…. I even had a great view from my treatment room! Truly a wonderful and great experience. I’m so happy this is where I came to get my treatment completed. Highly recommend this office! Thank you so much Dr. Salib!

A Horrific Experience at Pacific Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio
I am writing this review to warn potential patients about my extremely negative experience with Pacific Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio and Dr. Salib and his team. This practice is a prime example of unethical behavior and a complete disregard for patient well-being.
From the outset, the office staff exhibited a blatant disregard for honesty. They falsely claimed to be in-network with my insurance provider, leading to significant unexpected costs. Additionally, they including Dr.Salib employed fear tactics to pressure me into unnecessary procedures, significantly inflating the overall cost of treatment.
The most egregious offense, however, was their refusal to refund payments for services that were never rendered. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the office staff was consistently evasive and unhelpful.
Furthermore, their policies regarding the release of medical records, such as X-rays and CT scan reports, are incredibly restrictive and unreasonable. It is unconscionable that a healthcare provider would make it so difficult for patients to access their own medical information.
I am deeply disturbed by the unethical practices of Pacific Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio and Dr. Salib and his team. I urge anyone considering seeking treatment at this facility to proceed with extreme caution.
I strongly advise against choosing this practice. It is disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for patient care and ethical standards.

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE HERE! I am 23 years old and was kind terrified at my age to get them out due to higher bleeding risk. Due to me being in my 20s on my own I researched several people and did a consult here. I was super impressed and decided to choose him. Yes he was pricier but to me worth every penny!! He is priced higher for a reason in my opinion. Cause his healing after surgery was so fast!! The pain was minimal. The procedure itself was so quick and well done. He sent me home with all the supplies I needed, answered any and all questions. Sent the person taking me home with any aftercare instructions. The PRP after the procedure is more of a cost and honestly I wasn’t gonna do it. But I decided okay let’s try it.. it was sooo worth it. My sister did hers without this and took her over a week to heal and was in so much pain going to another oral surgeon doctor. Whereas I went here to Dr salib and did the PRP and was okay to resume activities in less than 2 days and has minimal pain. Highly highly recommend this doctor!! Choose him to get your wisdom teeth out for sure :)) great experience

Dr. Salib was great. He went through the whole process with me and went over aftercare and options for during. I decided to do the plasma and I healed pretty quickly.
The problem I had was with his assistant/nurse. When I woke up, the medication had worn off (as has happened in my family) and I was in horrible pain and was crying I kept telling her that I was in pain and she wouldn't believe me. My boyfriend could hear me from outside the door crying and the nurse told him that I was "just being emotional" and I was fine. She wouldn't help with the pain and she wouldn't let him come be with me while I was hurting and begging for him.

Dr. Salib is the best!! My daughter got her wisdom teeth pulled and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Everyone in the office was so friendly and made it way less scary for my daughter. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Salib is literally the best oral surgeon I've met. His work is very professional. He is the funniest doctor you will ever meet💯 The staff is super nice and caring. They care about the health of the patients. They have a very great experience in everything. I highly recommend everyone who is looking for an oral surgeon to go to him. I've been looking for an oral surgeon for a long time and I'm grateful that I got to find the most professional oral surgeon in LA💯💯💯💯

Nader Salib destroyed my jaw and teeth by installing an undersized and wrongly placed implant, falsified my medical records, refused to give me my medical records, and violated our written contract.

Salib removed my tooth and negligently placed an undersized implant. The implant was put in the incorrect place in three different directions: too far to back of my mouth, too far to the side of my mouth, and not deep enough. Being too small, the implant has a risk of breaking. Being off-center, food can easily get caught between the tooth and there is stress on the cusp. By not being deep enough, the crown will sit too high and the implant will be seen. The only way to remedy the situation is a risky surgery to remove Salib’s faulty implant, which can lead to breaking the jaw. There are only two scenarios why Salib's faulty implant is so bad: either Salib was intentionally trying to hurt me, or Salib is completely devoid of any surgical skills.

Salib is a pathological liar who continually lied and violated the terms of our contract, which I paid him in full. We agreed and I paid him for a screw-retained crown. He secretly tried to switch me to an inferior cement-retained crown, which is cheaper to produce and less labor intensive to install.

Salib also lied and would not let me keep my removed tooth, fraudulently claiming a non-existent law about it being medical waste.

Salib fraudulently and criminally falsified my medical records to avoid any responsibility for his negligent work. In trying to harm me, Salib made-up fake conversations I never had with him, pretended I called his office repeatedly, and created false scenarios.

Salib refused to provide me my medical records in violation of California and HIPPA Law. A California Dental Board investigation found him of negligence. A HIPPA investigation found him of violating Federal law.

I always have a great experience when I come here! The staff are super sweet and very gentle. I don’t think I will ever go to another oral surgeon office!! They are amazing! Dr. Salib is very respectful as well as the staff. The hours are very flexible as well! The clinic is very clean and sanitized. Best oral surgeon you will ever go to. I highly recommend!!! Don't waste your time looking for other oral surgeons because Dr. Salib is the best!!!!!
