Myself and my family have seen Dr Carroll several times; wisdom teeth extraction mostly. I am now bringing my elderly mother there, next week. Even though she lives in gilroy, he is worth the drive.

About as positive experience as one could have when getting a tooth extraction. Staff and doctor were all very friendly and informative about how the procedure was going to go. The extraction itself was over and done with almost before I realized. They gave detailed written instructions for post procedure care, which is great as I always tend to forget the details on my way home. A follow up call by Dr. Carroll later in the day was very nice.

Paul Carroll is the best Oral surgeon anybody could ever go to!!! I drive 2.5 hrs to see him that how good a job he does. Makes you feel so comfortable! His staff also makes u feel like you could have Thanksgiving dinner with them just part of there family!! I won't ever go to any other oral surgeon!

I was referred here by my dentist. It was a great experience overall. The staff are all very kind. Dr Carroll tells you exactly what to expect. I went there for wisdom tooth extraction and the whole procedure went very smooth. Dr Carroll also called up at 8 pm after the surgery to make sure I was doing fine. I was able to even ask him any questions and clarify any concerns.

Staff experience especially wrt to costs a bit confusing and they expect upfront payment. Make sure u have the pre-treatment costs conversation done threeway b/w provider and insurance and yourself. - 3.5 stars

Dr. Carroll explained everything he was doing, patiently answered my questions, the process was far better than what friends described from other dental surgeons.
Also, assistant Jeanette very kind and helpful.
Price was reasonable.

I previously went to an oral surgeon that made my experince very scary and the operation didn’t even up happening the first go around. But my second try I heard about Dr. Carroll and he made the process a lot less scary for me and just an overall amazing experince! I was so glad to have my wisdom teeth finally out! I am also going sometime soon to go get my tooth implant from him as well!!

Over the Memorial weekend, one of my molars broke & needed immediate extraction. A recording stated his practice would reconvene normal business hours at 8am Tuesday. I was disappointed that between 8am thru 9 am only the after hours answering service was able to take my call & even then, I had to call them back because no one from Dr. Carroll's office responded. Finally, after 2 hours, I spoke to someone in his office who noticed I had called a number of times. After telling her my situation & that I was an existing patient. The earliest appointment I could get in was 8 days.....Beyond disappointed, I am thoroughly disgusted that its too much of an inconvenience for the arrogant Dr. Paul Carroll to care about his patients. I'll never recommend Dr. Carroll! Luckily, there are places like Comfort Dental Group. CDG is highly professional, took great care & prevented a tissue infection.
