Where to begin….. I had previously went to a Toledo area dentist and thought “Man, this guys gotta be good due to all of his advertising”. Boy was I wrong! I was then recommended by family and friends to see Dr’s Michael and Jaime. What a life changing experience for dental work that was. I’ve had the pleasure of both of them working on me and couldn’t be more satisfied with the amount of professionalism, knowledge, compassion and explanation of what they’re doing for me. From receptionists to hygienists and assistants, they at Wildwood truly care not only for you, but about you as well. Never have I received a phone call later in the evening after a procedure to check on me like I have from them. Great work all!

Excellent doesn’t begin to describe the care provided at Wildwood! Audrie created a fun and relaxing environment for my 3 year old and his first cleaning! Although we didn’t quite get comfortable enough to let Dr. Jamie look in our mouth, he’s already talking about going back!

Dr Jamie O'Neil and her team are amazing. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with friendly faces and given full and immediate assistance. The staff are very welcoming and professional. Dr. O'Neil is very skilled and knowledgeable and takes her time to explain procedures and answer questions. They truly care about their patients and make you feel part of their family. The hygienists, assistants and front desk are equally outstanding- efficient, friendly and respectful of your time. Their prices are reasonable and they will be honest about any work that may be necessary - giving you a quote ahead of time. They are truly the best family dentist office I've ever been to and I highly recommend them. They are truly amazing!

Dr. Jamie and Dr. Mike have been the best dentists I could ask for. I went in for a double root canal, the first time I’ve ever had one. I’ve never had more dental anxiety than I did with this procedure, and Dr. Mike made the experience not only doable, but actually positive. From explanations of exactly what is going on (what is making noises or tastes really bad and why), to actively making sure I don’t need a brake and counting down very specifically for the numbing, exactly as asked. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for something I viewed as so scary, now I have confidence knowing I can go to the dentist and take care of my health without being so worried!

This place is so amazing. I switched to this dental office as it's closer to my workplace. From walking into the office and being greeted by Erica's lovely smile and exuberant attitude sets the tone in this office. Kim and Amber are right there to answer any questions with smiles on their face to go the extra mile. My amazing dental hygienist Michelle is both personable yet professional and makes you feel at ease and the hand-off to Dr Oneill is as seamless as the buckeye natty!!! And then Shelly just is icing on top of the cake. What a wonderful staff!!! First class all the way!!!!

I stopped going to any dentist for 6 years because of a terrible experience in the past. However , Dr. Mike and his team first time experience was extraordinary. There was so much personal care. While the staffs were working on my extraction, you can hear other staff members laughing and truly enjoying what they do. Everything in that office was done with love and care and it shows. 10/10 recommend.
